Job Summary

Use a consultative sales process to identify customers’ financial needs and build thorough customer profiles. Recommend retail consumer and small business products, leverage CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments, and drive cross-selling and outside-sales activities. Partner with business teams (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to refer customers for holistic solutions, support customer experience goals, and help process teller transactions as part of the Financial Center platform staff.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify present and future needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the company value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and perform outside sales activities as directed.
•Process teller transactions and work as part of the platform staff, while keeping business confidential and following risk and ethics policies.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to perform sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•This role requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment.
