Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver special projects including new-build cafés, renovations, ATMs, and other strategic initiatives to expand the retail footprint.
  • •Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans and drawings using feasibility, design, planning, and implementation phases.
  • •Concept and deliver exterior and interior design using sketches, 3D visualization, and presentations to guide supporting architects.
  • •Develop scalable design standards, tools, and elements for new build and renovation projects.
  • •Manage cross-functional priorities by ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met; identify risks and mitigate or escalate as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,500 - 110,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of in-house or client-side architectural or design experience.
  • •At least 2 years of commercial retail design or architectural experience, including interior design work.
  • •At least 2 years of architectural project management experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience selecting and sourcing architectural materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or Military experience); NCIDQ or NCARB certification is preferred.
