Partner with semiconductor customers in Cadence’s Digital and Signoff group to build and drive innovative methodologies for cutting-edge designs. Lead RTL-to-GDSII metrics on complex projects, facilitate solution-oriented discussions with stakeholders, and evangelize new technology adoption. Use scripting and tool capabilities to create out-of-the-box solutions, deploy ML-based approaches to improve productivity, and narrow down issues for R&D resolution. Collaborate with sales and AE teams and mentor junior teammates.
