Credit Associate (Primarily Underwriting Small Business Administration Guaranteed Loans)

Under supervision of Underwriting Team Leaders, you’ll gather, analyze, and interpret credit information to determine creditworthiness for SBA guaranteed loan opportunities. Evaluate risk, collateral adequacy, liquidity, and management quality, then prepare credit write-ups and underwriting packages within assigned lending authority. Manage workflow and client/field partner communication, create and maintain credit files, monitor portfolios, initiate reviews, and support underwriting process improvements.
