•Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent education.
•8+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related field, including 3+ years in a leadership or people management role.
•Background in statistics with strong understanding of statistical tests and causal inference, including hands-on A/B test design and execution at scale.
•Deep expertise in SQL and proficiency with analytical tools such as Python, R, dbt, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
•Experience working with large-scale user data (e.g., transactional, clickstream) and translating insights into strategic business recommendations.
