Job Summary

Contract Product Designer for Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) focusing on the short-term planning workplan tool. You’ll design end-to-end mobile and web experiences for complex, B2B construction workflows, collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers, and iterate based on feedback and AI-enabled design processes to improve usability and efficiency in field and office contexts.

Key Responsibilities

•Design end-to-end experiences for complex, workflow-heavy B2B products across mobile and web
•Contribute to the evolution of the workplan (short-term planning) experience, improving usability, clarity, and efficiency for field and office construction teams
•Translate complex user needs, operational constraints, and business requirements into intuitive experiences
•Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and deliver high-quality solutions
•Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and real-world usage

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B or complex systems
•Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of end-to-end product experiences, especially in complex, data-rich, or operational workflows
•Proven experience designing for mobile
•Strong ability to simplify complexity and design scalable, intuitive solutions
•Experience integrating AI-powered tools (for ideation, exploration, prototyping, or research) as part of the design workflow
