Key Responsibilities

  • •Build platforms, systems, and services that allow internal and external teams to interact with large-scale production systems.
  • •Build tools to improve engineering productivity.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
  • •Bring new ideas and technologies into the platform to innovate and iterate.
  • •Work with and apply LLM/AI coding tools; preferred experience includes applying AI Agents in IT Operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Coursework, academic projects, or internship experience in two or more: web application development, Unix/Linux, distributed and parallel systems, networking systems, or building software systems.
  • •Strong foundational programming and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • •Strong interest in IT Operations concepts including DICM, ITOM, and/or IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • •Preferred: experience or exposure to GPU computing, big data (Hadoop/Kafka/Apache), or streaming/computing concepts, and software development with Golang or Python.
