Key Responsibilities

•Data Analytics & Insight Discovery: Deep-dive analysis of large install-base datasets to uncover patterns, data gaps and hidden opportunities, and deliver strategic operational insights to improve forecast reliability.
•Commercial & Sales Enablement: Partner with Account Executives to translate complex asset data into compelling data stories and identify growth opportunities such as upsell/cross-sell campaigns and EA migrations.
•Stakeholder Management & Governance: Present data insights to regional leadership and internal stakeholders while adhering to compliance guidelines and managing conflicting sales demands.
•Process Evolution & AI Integration: Drive SOP evolution alongside new SLAs and pilot emerging AI and automation tools to accelerate deal velocity and standardize workflows across APJC regions.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years in operations, sales support or related fields
•Strong data logic: ability to manipulate large datasets and audit complex data structures
•Data storytelling skills and ability to present insights to internal stakeholders; familiarity with Salesforce or Sigma is a plus
•Strong business sense and high adaptability
•Japanese: native/bilingual proficiency; English: conversational level
