Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and continuous evolution of the global circular IT asset lifecycle strategy and target operating model.
  • •Own end-to-end lifecycle process standards and embed circular checkpoints across ITAM, CMDB, service desk, field support, and regional IT teams.
  • •Establish and run the circular IT vendor governance framework, including selection criteria, contractual controls, SLAs, and ongoing business reviews.
  • •Set up global regulatory monitoring and translate regulatory changes into operational controls, policy updates, vendor expectations, and documentation for audits.
  • •Define KPI frameworks and dashboards for circular IT performance, reconcile reporting data across systems, and build business cases quantifying value and emissions impacts.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in IT asset management, end-user computing, infrastructure operations, sourcing, supply chain, sustainability, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated leadership designing or scaling enterprise lifecycle management programs in complex, multinational environments.
  • •Experience managing or governing external vendors in ITAD, refurbishment, reverse logistics, maintenance, leasing, or electronics recycling.
  • •Strong working knowledge of IT asset controls, chain of custody, data destruction requirements, and end-of-life operating models.
  • •Experience translating regulatory/audit/policy requirements into operational processes and vendor controls.
