Key Responsibilities

  • •Support assigned sales managers and customers with HVAC systems/equipment selections, applications, proposals, and sales development.
  • •Help achieve sales and customer development quotas through customer acquisition and development focused on applied products.
  • •Use selections and pricing software/programs related to equipment sales.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless project execution from consultation through post-sales support.
  • •Process and coordinate orders to relevant factories through delivery and assist the service team with handover and after-sales queries; participate in training, industry events, and webinars.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, or equivalent, or equivalent education/experience.
  • •Minimum 2–3 years of experience in account management, mechanical contracting/HVAC, or facilities management.
  • •Working knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • •Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • •Must have a valid Australian working visa and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
