  • •Own collection performance for the assigned geography and portfolio buckets, monitoring movement and executing strategies to drive resolution and recovery.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–5 direct reports, setting expectations and driving performance toward targets.
  • •Manage 3–6 collection agencies, ensuring adequate capacity, productivity, resolution outcomes, and quality/compliance adherence.
