Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate print-ready files for different product lineups based on approved inputs and release them to printers.
  • •Assemble packaging artwork files for labels, cartons, and other packaging components in alignment with P&G design standards and guidelines.
  • •Execute the in-house artwork assembly process, including readiness assessments using standard checklists across each development phase.
  • •Participate in briefing hand-off calls, follow-up discussions, and quality assurance/quality control checks.
  • •Ensure all files comply with Global Digital Artwork File Protocol (GDAFP), Regional Style Guides, and applicable regulatory and technical requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • •Advanced English proficiency (C1)
  • •Strong proven experience using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, with deeper expertise in Illustrator
  • •Experience creating and preparing print-ready packaging files
  • •Strong understanding of printing methods and printing technologies for consumer goods packaging (e.g., Flexo, Offset, Digital)
