Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Business-level fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • •5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hiring across Engineering and Product in high-growth environments.
  • •Proven ability to source and close senior-level technical talent across roles in Software Engineering, Product Management, and Design.
  • •Demonstrated ability to bring a consultative, data-informed approach and influence hiring managers while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
