•Manage and continuously improve the CTO Org operating rhythm, including timely review and action of KPIs.
•Partner with executive-enabling functions (People, Finance, Administration) to drive CTO strategic change and initiatives.
•Drive the strategic and operational planning system for the CTO organization, improving processes for visibility into results and impact.
•Oversee a portfolio of strategic projects, structuring and leading complex, ambiguous initiatives and steering cross-functional work to completion.
•Facilitate strategic meetings and represent the CTO in key cross-functional efforts, building alignment and follow-through while advocating priorities.
