Key Responsibilities

  • •Support strategic development of marketing event programs to reinforce the Instructure brand, generate qualified leads, and strengthen customer relations.
  • •Oversee all aspects of event execution for internal and external programs, including user conferences, employee events, trade shows, and related initiatives.
  • •Plan event communication and messaging, coordinate detailed event logistics, and develop event agendas based on company strategy and customer needs.
  • •Monitor event budgets, manage expenses, evaluate KPIs, and produce post-event analysis and lead conversion reports.
  • •Oversee vendor selection and evaluate vendor relationships; research and support contracts for speakers and entertainers.
