Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives, including maintaining process documentation such as work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • •Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, minimize downtime, recommend new equipment/technologies/methods, and support production staff with training while ensuring safety compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or proven experience in manufacturing engineering in a high-volume production environment.

  • •Strong communication and teamwork abilities, including communicating effectively in English and Italian.
