Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively generate new business by prospecting for deposits, lending, treasury management, merchant services, and other banking solutions.
  • •Meet with prospects to bring in new relationships, develop strong COI relationships in the market, and close new opportunities.
  • •Build and maintain a robust COI network, including CPAs, attorneys, commercial real estate agents, and other professionals.
  • •Retain and manage client relationships in the portfolio, deepening engagements and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • •Collaborate with the Business Banking Client Service team and apply Capital One credit policy to evaluate and mitigate risk.

Salary: USD 178,800 - 204,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of Business Banking experience.
  • •Proven experience in business development with a track record of prospecting and closing new business.
  • •Expertise in deposit acquisition, treasury management, credit solutions, and other banking products.
  • •Ability to develop and grow a network of centers of influence (COIs) through networking and engagement events.
  • •Formal credit training (preferred).
