Inspect, measure, and document quality checks for wholesome food production. Take product temperatures/weights, verify packaged date/time, complete pre-operational inspections, and run required quality testing in the QA lab. Audit monitoring on the production floor, observe X-ray and metal detector equipment, and ensure HACCP and GMP compliance. Compile reports, audit incoming raw materials, and help maintain safe, clean production areas during night shifts.
