Work onsite in McKinney, TX, collaborating with program and factory customers on new product introduction and Design for Manufacturing. Lead continuous improvement, upgrades, and deployment of process automation systems, from requirements through execution and sustainment, while providing technical guidance to early-career Industry 4.0 team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with program and factory customers to identify, develop, and define manufacturing automation and digital solutions.
•Support New Product Introduction activities, including Design for Manufacturing engagements for products and automation solutions.
•Continuously improve, upgrade, and sustain deployed automation systems using data gathering from equipment and actionable production actions.
•Collaborate with the factory to identify, develop, and deploy process automation systems and digital solutions.
•Provide technical leadership across automation project phases and guide early-career Industry 4.0 team members.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or 6 years with an applicable MS degree.
•U.S. citizenship required; active and transferable Secret security clearance required prior to start date.
•Ignition, Splunk, or Aegis Factory Logix development experience.
•Python, C#, PowerShell, or other scripting experience.
•Data analysis experience and understanding of database administration in SQL.
