Job Summary

Oversee highly complex Collaborative Information Environment (CIE) activities and projects, assembling teams, assigning responsibilities, and building schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Serve as senior functional expert and manager for CIE projects using PMI standards. Configure, manage, and migrate SharePoint platforms across domains, provide SharePoint site administration and support, and coordinate with the client’s Knowledge Management Officer while training leadership and staff.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee one or more highly complex CIE activities and projects, including assembling the project team, assigning responsibilities, and developing schedules.
•Manage CIE projects in accordance with PMI standards and practices, coordinating team activities through understanding scope and objectives.
•Configure, manage, and when necessary, migrate SharePoint platforms across various domains.
•Provide site administration and staff support for SharePoint Team Sites, including list design, page layouts, and permissions.
•Serve as primary interface and trainer for the client, working with the client’s Knowledge Management Officer and educating leadership and staff on CIE practices.
