Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to incoming leads through AutoNation and third-party websites via phone, internet, and walk-in traffic.
  • •Use available resources to identify and engage private parties seeking to sell their vehicles.
  • •Set appointments for customers to visit the dealership for vehicle appraisals.
  • •Execute the AutoNation “We'll Buy Your Car” same-day payment process.
  • •Inspect vehicles onsite, review condition reports, and communicate with customers throughout the day; refer trade-in customers to the sales team.
