  • •Own the payout domain technical roadmap, evolving architecture and designing next-generation smart routing toward a product-agnostic payout platform.
  • •Ensure team technical excellence across code quality, performance, reliability, and adherence to engineering standards.
  • •Write code, review code, and contribute directly to delivery as a hands-on lead.
  • •Manage the team’s productivity, goal setting, career paths, hiring plans, and evolving ways of working as the unit becomes independent.
  • •Drive the payout domain vision, align stakeholders, and represent the team in cross-team architectural discussions using RFCs for domain-impacting decisions.
