Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and maintain network infrastructure services for Mashreq Pakistan DRB and MGN Pakistan operations.
  • •Serve as the primary local network engineering resource for office users, branch connectivity, datacentre connectivity, remote workforce services, and critical banking infrastructure.
  • •Provide Level-2 operational support, including incident troubleshooting and resolution.
  • •Implement network changes and support project delivery in coordination with the Group Network Team and regional technology teams.
  • •Coordinate with vendors and manage network lifecycle activities to ensure secure, resilient, highly available network services.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on expertise in routing and switching, WAN, and SD-WAN networking technologies.
  • •Strong capability in cloud connectivity and datacentre networking, including security-focused networking.
  • •Ability to provide Level-2 operational support including incident troubleshooting and resolution.
