Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate line loss analysis and throughput improvement plans, and lead transformation analysis and centerline definition with standard development.
  • •Analyze daily and shift line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities and participate in internal audits and safety committees.
  • •Spend time on the factory floor to gather information on stops, centerlines, and changeovers and investigate root causes of top stops.
  • •Develop plans for ownership areas and establish countermeasures in daily plans; ensure centerline completion and compliance and address outages.
  • •Lead Universal Problem Solving to eliminate chronic losses and manage Quality Daily Management Systems, while training new associates and coaching teams on CIL, CLM, 5S, and Oscar systems execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Lean Six Sigma proficiency
  • •Proficient in Dutch and English
  • •Willingness to become Green Belt qualified within one year
  • •Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, and Microsoft Word skills
  • •Ability to understand and coach management systems including CIL, CLM and 5S
