Field Operator (OM)

Monitor plant operation parameters at the local level and coordinate with the CCR Operator to ensure activities affecting operations are controlled. Ensure safe start-up and shut down per standard operating procedures, and provide quick response during emergency operations. Inspect equipment and auxiliaries, log readings and shift events, execute equipment changeovers, coordinate isolation and lining up before/after maintenance, and support training for new operators while following HSE and quality procedures.
