Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology/work orders to create, assign, monitor, and close service tasks while tracking machine service intervals.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues and determine root causes/corrective actions using real-time data and independent judgment.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repairs across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental/customer equipment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely daily paperwork/electronic documentation (work orders) and order parts as needed.
  • •Travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance when required and assist with pick-up/delivery of equipment & parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
