Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the Douyin store livestream content roadmap aligned to the channel sales plan, including livestream, short videos, visual assets, and campaign integration.
•Partner with the DP team to plan, produce, and review Qianchuan short video creatives while meeting brand guidelines and ad performance goals.
•Manage livestream host scripts and host talent, including script frameworks, host selection/training/scheduling, and ensuring messaging and compliance.
•Oversee livestream set decoration and visual materials, maintaining version control and brand consistency.
•Translate brand campaign briefs into actionable livestream content plans and analyze content-side performance data for continuous optimization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in E-commerce, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
•Fluent written and spoken English for daily work communication.
•At least 5+ years of experience in the E-commerce industry, with priority for Douyin eMKT experience.
•Basic knowledge of the Douyin ecosystem and the livestreaming business model.
•Organizational coordination and project support capabilities with strong cross-department collaboration.
