Job Summary

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for enterprise customers, from planning and design through configuration, testing, launch, and hypercare. Own project governance with detailed schedules, critical paths, and RAID logs, while aligning cross-functional stakeholders across Legal, Security, IT, Procurement, and implementation partners. Drive executive communication through steering committees and strategic status updates, and oversee technical validation, SSO/SCIM setup, integration dependencies, cutover planning, and UAT/SIT success.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the full ERP implementation lifecycle from planning/design through configuration, testing, launch, and hypercare.
•Establish and maintain project governance, including project plans, schedules, critical paths, and RAID logs.
•Coordinate cross-functional enterprise teams and third-party implementation partners to ensure stakeholder alignment.
•Lead executive engagement through engagement cadence, steering committee facilitation, and strategic status updates.
•Manage testing and launch activities, including SIT/UAT entry-exit criteria, cutover plans, and hypercare stabilization.

Key Requirements

•5+ years leading enterprise-wide software deployments as a Project Manager, ERP Project Manager, or PMO Lead.
•Deep experience with enterprise financial, ERP, or P2P implementations such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Oracle EBS, or Coupa.
•Strong command of project management methodologies, corporate governance, change control, and risk mitigation.
•Exceptional client-facing communication skills to influence decisions and manage stakeholder alignment.
•PMP or Prince2 (or equivalent) project management certification is highly preferred.
