Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily operations of the Marine Educator team to maintain high standards of educational activities.
  • •Deliver, delegate, and monitor educational programs and marine animal activities for small and large groups, including school and booking management.
  • •Coach, develop, and assess Marine Educators through structured listening, research, participation, training, and constructive feedback.
  • •Support education programming development and evaluation aligned with the Education Strategy and AZA Standards, and generate reports to inform improvements and meet KPIs.
  • •Manage people and operations including scheduling and supplies, conducting quality and performance assessments, coordinating with other teams, and supporting recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.

Key Requirements
