Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete an 8-month FAST Technical Sales program with rotations in Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing.
  • •Partner with customers and internal teams to uncover and win customer opportunities using TI sales processes and virtual account tools.
  • •Scale actions within a market/sector across multiple customers and participate in projects to improve sales processes.
  • •Use technical expertise and sales tools/engineering relationships to identify and pursue projects.
  • •Manage and quantify leads, handle commercial aspects of customer relationships, and develop, forecast, and monitor annual revenue growth plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Ability to balance strong technical skills with relationship-building capability.
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work across functions and in a fast-paced environment.
