Key Responsibilities

•Demonstrate Dyson values and behaviours and educate shoppers on product features and benefits
•Use the Dyson-developed sales model to engage and excite shoppers while achieving key success factors
•Provide the ultimate shopper experience in a professional and well-informed manner
•Discover shopper needs through consultation to identify appropriate products
•Demonstrate Dyson tools clearly so customers can replicate actions at home
•Adhere to in-store demonstration and health & safety standards
•Act as the in-store representative for Dyson products and educate Retail Sales Associate partners and shoppers
•Perform operational duties such as visual merchandising, maintaining display cleanliness and stock replenishment
•Utilize CRM and HRIS systems to complete daily reporting accurately
•Perform other duties as assigned

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years of in-person retail selling experience
•Experience working with technology and within the beauty industry, preferably prestige/luxury brands
•Comfortable with leading events such as Masterclasses, and speaking to groups of people
•Ability to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
•Ability to work retail hours (standard, peak, holiday) including a minimum of three days/week including every Saturday/Sunday
