Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of global total rewards programs, ensuring compensation strategies scale across regions while remaining adaptable to local compliance and regulatory requirements. Partner with regional and country Total Rewards and People & Culture teams to co-create reward solutions that attract, retain, and motivate talent. Track and manage global compensation costs, drive process improvements, and support transformation initiatives such as post-M&A framework alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning and execution of global compensation processes, including annual salary planning, incentive planning, LTIP benchmarking, pay governance, job architecture, and global pay programs.
•Ensure compensation solutions are scalable across regions and aligned with global strategies while adapting to local legal and regulatory requirements.
•Partner with regional and country Total Rewards leaders and People & Culture business partners to co-create globally consistent, locally relevant compensation solutions.
•Track and manage compensation-related costs globally to ensure programs are cost-effective and aligned with budget expectations.
•Develop compensation strategies and drive process improvements to simplify practices and enhance manager and employee experience.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in global compensation, including managing and executing compensation programs in complex international environments.
•Demonstrated expertise tracking and managing compensation program costs and aligning rewards strategy with financial goals.
•Strong knowledge of global compensation practices, compliance requirements, and evolving market trends.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with operational rigor and strong stakeholder collaboration.
•Proficiency with compensation tools and platforms (e.g., HRIS).
