Lead the engineering team building and running anthropic.com and claude.com—brand web surfaces that support research, product launches, policy work, and marketing campaigns. •Own the technical roadmap for anthropic.com and claude.com, covering CMS architecture, publishing workflows, performance, SEO health, localization, design system, deploy pipeline, on-call, and incident response.
•Run launch engineering for model, product, and campaign moments, shipping high-quality pages on tight, shifting timelines.
•Build brand tooling and integrations, including Claude-in-the-loop workflows that enable designers, writers, and marketers to publish safely.
•Partner with design and editorial on creative technology and interactive experiences, aligning web engineering with Marketing, Product, Comms, and core Engineering.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in software engineering and 5+ years managing engineers, with experience as an engineering manager in a marketing/brand/design engineering organization.
•End-to-end ownership of a high-traffic marketing or brand web surface, including CMS, frontend, infrastructure, and the publishing workflow.
•Strong frontend depth with TypeScript, React, modern CSS, and experience working with a modern headless CMS.
•Experience building tooling that helps non-engineers publish faster and more safely.
•Proven ability to ship under launch pressure with cross-functional partners while maintaining quality.
