Fresh Graduate Program

Join an up-to-18-month graduate program with on-the-job rotations and structured learning across Majid Al Futtaim’s business and support functions. Complete six-month generalist rotations followed by a twelve-month placement to build specialist knowledge. You’ll support day-to-day operations, assist with project coordination and presentations, participate in business challenges, and take part in learning and development workshops.
