Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coach store operations to profitability and efficiency in partnership with the Operations & Visual Manager
  • •Lead inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink; root-cause inventory accuracy issues and escalate process/system gaps
  • •Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Partner on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure optimized business performance
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, using performance tools to evaluate, provide constant feedback, and support recruitment and development
