Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global initiatives to identify and eliminate high-risk manual touchpoints across Assembly, Test/Post-E, Module/SSD, and HBM/PWF areas.
  • •Conduct onsite validation at the source to identify quality risks and propose improvements that eliminate manual touchpoints.
  • •Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deploy scalable solutions using physical automation/robotics, system automation, and Predictive Quality & Generative AI-enabled approaches.
  • •Provide central program governance for strategy, alignment, and consistent execution across all AT sites; replicate and scale proven solutions via structured deployment frameworks.
  • •Establish KPIs and scorecards for eliminated touchpoints and develop AI-enabled dashboards integrating manufacturing systems to enable proactive quality risk detection and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, Assembly & Test operations, quality engineering, or related technical fields.
  • •Strong understanding of Assembly & Test manufacturing processes and systems across Assembly, Test/Post-E, Module/SSD, and HBM/PWF areas.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional, multi-site improvement programs in a global manufacturing environment.
  • •Proficiency with data analysis/visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) and working knowledge of SQL, Python, and AI is advantageous.
