Venue Operations Supervisor - MGM Fenway Music Hall

Supervise venue operations across Guest Services, Coat Check, and VIP staff at MGM Fenway Music Hall. Ensure accurate end-of-shift labor system checks, maintain venue atmosphere and cleanliness, and run opening, ongoing, and closing duties with a Guest First mindset. Coordinate inter-departmental communication, conduct safety and maintenance walk-throughs, and manage pre-shift information and ticket count verification. Lead with positivity, leadership, and guest relations expertise in a fast-paced environment.
