Key Responsibilities

•Improve the mobile developer experience end-to-end (local setup through CI/CD) so engineers can confidently contribute to the Guest App.
•Build guardrails, tooling, and automation to make shipping changes to thousands of apps safe and reliable.
•Increase release reliability and app freshness across Apple App Store and Google Play.
•Strengthen observability, monitoring, and operational workflows to diagnose and resolve production issues.
•Provide technical leadership through code reviews and help shape engineering culture while partnering with the internal launch team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience building and shipping production applications, including owning releases end-to-end.
•Strong experience with TypeScript.
•Experience building and maintaining mobile applications; React Native experience is a strong plus.
•Experience owning mobile app distribution (Apple App Store and/or Google Play), including build pipelines, release workflows, versioning, and store compliance.
•Experience improving CI/CD pipelines and automating build and release processes.
