  • •Coordinate scope, milestone road maps, resources, budget, dependencies, timing, and status reporting for stakeholders and management.
  • •Drive adoption and sustainment of organizational changes in compliance with USAA change management methodology, including governance and risk control.
  • •Mentor Program Managers and define/maintain program strategies; negotiate agreements and resolve disputes as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced understanding and application of risk management policies and procedures.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of program management methods, including program performance evaluation and change management principles.
