Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and manage full property accounting month-end close process and support Flow’s overall accounting month-end close process from beginning to end
•Compile, analyze, and track financial data by performing detailed reviews of monthly property owner reports
•Develop and maintain relationships with the company's internal and external property managers
•Work with auditors for interim and year end audits
•Internally own tax preparation for real estate entities and coordinate with third party tax advisors

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
•7+ years of accounting experience or equivalent
•Real estate accounting and analytics experience

•Knowledge of GAAP for real estate property and real estate terminology
