  • •Interfacing with clients and other consultants across all project stages.
  • •Performing financial management, including prompt client invoicing and monitoring project financial status.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of project management experience on public sector construction projects, including work such as renovations, deferred maintenance, and tenant improvements.
  • •Experience managing budgets and schedules and providing strategic advice during the project conception stage.
  • •Strong organization plus excellent written and verbal communication skills in a client-facing role.
  • •BS degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture (AA may be acceptable with sufficient experience).
  • •Experience using PMiS software; skilled in MS Office, Adobe, and Bluebeam; relevant professional membership preferred (CCM, PMP, PE).
