•Partner with engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver cloud-based infrastructure projects that resolve complex reliability issues and support service scale.
•Design and implement robust backend frameworks, tools, microservices, and reusable library components for organization-wide use at scale.
•Advise on and implement innovative, scalable, resilient solutions; guide fault-tolerant system design across engineering teams.
•Integrate AI-driven developer tooling, automated diagnostics, and predictive monitoring to streamline performance testing and accelerate debugging.
•Lead incident root cause analysis (RCA), continuously improve reliability, and raise engineering quality through design/code reviews and high-quality unit and functional tests.

•8+ years as a software developer with deep expertise in Java; Golang experience is a plus.

•Proven ability to address scaling, redundancy, and performance bottlenecks in high-availability, multi-tenant SaaS environments.
•Practical experience or strong interest in generative AI developer assistance tooling, automated diagnostics, and predictive monitoring.
•B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent industry experience.
