Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate workers performing maintenance and repairs to ensure safe continuity of operations.
  • •Manage breakdowns and execute planned preventive maintenance to meet internal customer requirements and ensure equipment performs as required.
  • •Review equipment deficiencies, take corrective action, and plan and execute planned maintenance to support zero downtime of operations.
  • •Conduct regular safety-focused inspections (e.g., ground/trip hazards, lighting, broken parts, exposed wiring) and continuously apply safety systems and safe work practices.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and organized, well-stocked storage areas and inventories of tools, supplies, and parts; ensure compliance with safety and security standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years relevant maintenance experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and best practices across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance.
  • •Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective corrective actions to resolve problems promptly.
  • •Capacity to lead and supervise maintenance teams, delegate tasks, and guide work safely, accurately, and on time.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP, and experience with preventive maintenance scheduling to minimize downtime.
