Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with clients at the C-suite, Benefits Leader, and/or EVP HR level as a trusted advisor.
  • •Lead the development and implementation of new client solutions and communication strategies for employee benefits education, engagement, and total rewards.
  • •Create client communications including personas, employee value proposition, and change management communications for benefits harmonization.
  • •Build and manage relationships across multiple clients while fostering cross-market collaboration among colleagues.
  • •Serve as a team leader and manage assignments/projects to ensure delivery quality, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience including understanding and creating employee benefits communication channels for reaching diverse populations.

  • •Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and inspire others, including leading colleagues to quality and efficiency standards.
