Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of digital solutions and customer journeys, ensuring effectiveness against business KPIs/KPAs/MBOs and CX/regulatory objectives.
  • •Develop and prioritize impactful items using data/MIS, customer feedback/research, cost/benefit analysis, and stakeholder engagement; finalize quarterly roadmaps.
  • •Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, fulfilling the Product Owner role within an Agile squad.
  • •Manage sprint execution by evaluating and prioritizing the squad backlog, directing PO strategy, ensuring backlog completion during sprints, and contributing to sprint events.
  • •Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Operations, CX, chapter/system architecture teams to deliver optimal journeys, address urgent incidents/improvement needs, and ensure DR coverage and minimal tech debt.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of banking experience or other related project experience with a high level of understanding of the banking industry.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience gathering requirements and translating them into user requirements, including data engineering, data science, or software engineering experience.
  • •At least 1 year of experience within customer journey (preferred).
  • •Background in engineering, technology, or UX (preferred).
  • •Experience in Agile methodologies preferred; strong communication and presentation skills with senior leaders.
