Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain floors and upholstery across assigned facilities, including stripping and waxing and deep cleaning.
  • •Clean and sanitize various flooring and upholstery using floor machines and extractors (e.g., carpet, tile, wood, LVT, vinyl, rubber).
  • •Travel to and from facilities within a designated route/radius and maintain designated coverage needs.
  • •Perform normal cleaning tasks and special projects when janitorial staff needs coverage (e.g., dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, vents, restrooms).
  • •Close out work orders upon completion using the computerized maintenance system and maintain inventory of supplies/tools.
