Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Business Operations, and Senior Management to plan, record, analyze, and report Division financial conditions.
  • •Prepare and present monthly financial results, forecasts, and strategic commentary using advanced analytics.
  • •Develop scenario-based financial models to support monthly forecasting and the annual profit plan, including predictive analytics.
  • •Analyze key business metrics and performance using statistical models, forecasting, and cloud-based dashboards.
  • •Create and enhance real-time dashboards and automate reporting using Power BI, SQL, and cloud-based financial systems; support plant/division financial analysis as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA with Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics background, with core finance experience.
  • •Accounting major (B.Com) plus CA/ICWA/CFA.
  • •3-5 years of experience, with manufacturing industry exposure preferred.
  • •Experience working with OBIEE, SAP, Power BI development, and SQL.
  • •Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools including Oracle, ENCORE, RADAR, and DFT.
