Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-touch trading advisory and high-touch trade execution services to HNW and high-value frequent-trading brokerage clients.
  • •Deliver financial and non-financial performance objectives and support investment services and advisory insights, market commentary, and analysis.
  • •Ensure delivery aligns with HSBC internal standards and complies with applicable regulatory and conduct requirements.
  • •Expand the client base and drive business development through internal collaboration, including with GPB and Premier Elite.
  • •Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), maintain client relationships, and refer clients to other HSBC products; provide shift coverage and support the Team Head with ad-hoc duties including complaints handling when required.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree qualified, preferably in business administration or finance.
  • •Holder of SFC Type 1, 2, 3 and 4 licences.
  • •Solid experience in securities and/or hotline customer services.
  • •Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • •Strong customer mind-set with analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
