Job Summary

Support and administer enterprise servers and systems for Prosperity Bank, including Active Directory, Citrix, Microsoft SQL, file servers, and Exchange 2019/Office 365 hybrid. Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day server and systems support, including remote support for Active Directory, Citrix, Microsoft SQL/file servers, and Exchange 2019/Office 365 hybrid configuration.
•Coordinate, plan, and communicate IT projects, documenting changes to server systems.
•Design, develop, and implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes, procedures, infrastructure, and participate in DR exercises.
•Maintain and support security policies and procedures; work with security-related tools and implement security layers around server hardware/software and applications.
•Manage preventive maintenance and upgrades (patch management, firmware/software/hardware upgrades), monitor information security performance metrics, and support on-call infrastructure needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
•7+ years enterprise data center and server experience with 7+ years enterprise Windows administration.
•7+ years Microsoft infrastructure technologies (DNS, DHCP, DFS) across multiple data centers and fault tolerance.
•Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange and Citrix and/or VMware (7+ years Microsoft Exchange or equivalent; 5+ years Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop or VMware Horizon).
•MCSA: Windows Server or MCSE: Server Infrastructure (preferred), plus Citrix CCA/CCAA/CCEE/CCIA (preferred) and CISSP certification mentioned.
