Support end-to-end service for consumers at the designated touchpoint, enabling a one-of-a-kind experience for flagship and Creators Club members. Be the first point of contact with strong product knowledge, including features, benefits, competitors, and future marketplace insights, to drive brand engagement, consumer centricity, and Flagship KPIs. Help foster a consumer-centric culture within the touchpoint.
